Delivery
Within the United Kingdom and Europe, all parcels are sent with Royal Mail as Signed For parcels.
All parcels shipped outside the United Kingdom and Europe will be delivered by a courier service.

Free Standard Delivery within the United Kingdom and Europe (4-6 working days)
Free Next Day Delivery within the United Kingdom and Europe (order must be placed before 2pm) for all orders over £200
Next Day Delivery within the United Kingdom and Europe (order must be placed before 2pm) - £10.00
Free International Deliveries over £200
Standard International Deliveries under £200 - £20
All International Deliveries use a courier service so your item arrives safely and quickly to you. It can take between 5 to 10 days depending on the country. Please remember that custom duties may apply and will be at your own cost.
Returns
Ethical Collection London will happily accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise in perfect condition with original tags still attached for a full refund. Ethical Collection reserves the right to require payment for postage in respect of any refund, return or exchange.
Your return must be received by Ethical Collection within 14 business days from the date you received your shipment.
Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference until you have received your refund. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot process a refund if we do not receive the returned item.

To process a return or if you have any issues at all, please email:customerservice@ethicalcollection.com, including your name, order number, item description and date.
Once we receive your package, and provided it is in the condition described above, we will promptly issue a refund or web credit for the items as you specify. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified via email when your return package is received and your refund or web credit has been processed.
